Private Birthday Party Booked the VIP suite for a birthday party on a Saturday evening. There were 16 family members. It was unforgettable and wonderful. From the arrival at 6.00 pm ,canapés at 6.30pm , private bar , dinner at 8.30pm and departure at midnight it could not have been any better. We drank, ate ,laughed and mingled. Thanks to Helen and her lovely team .

Fantastic private party venue with lovely attentive staff We hired the VIP lounge and marquee for our son’s 18th birthday, and it was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and well set up. Peter, looked after us all evening, from setting up, right to the end. He was amazing, so kind and considerate, and even joined in for a bit of Karaoke at the end (at our request) – he sang Piano Man by Billy Joel and smashed it! Thank you so much Peter and the rest of the staff at Ten Degrees – it was a party we won’t forget ❤️

Great venue, stunning food Booked a group for a weekend evening meal. Needed to book in advance and preorder. This was done ease and great communication from the restaurant. Everything went well on the day. Food was absolutely stunning. 3 courses for £29.95 is incredible value for what we ate. Good atmosphere too. Would highly recommend.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the place was spotless, and the food was incredible. My mother had a rib eye steak with triple cooked chips, cooked perfectly medium rare, and I had Duck in Hoisin sauce with a shredded duck spring roll and pok choi – absolutely delicious. I’ve already told my wife about it and she wants to try it too, so we’ll definitely be back. Ten Degrees did everything brilliantly – highly recommended!

Incredible roast Father’s Day Sunday lunch at 19 Degrees. Everything ordered was fantastic – really hard to fault. First class Sunday lunch – you’ll be hard pressed to find a better Sunday lunch anywhere close to this. Will certainly be back 👍🏻💪🏻

Wonderful Venue Great venue, fantastic food and wonderful service. Visited with a friend on a Wednesday evening. Had a lovely welcome and seated right away. Service was quick and polite. Food was delicious. Good portion size, nice and hot and tasty. Cannot fault it. Thank you

Lovely sunday lunch. Second time that we have visited this lovely restaurant, this time for Sunday lunch. We all selected the traditional Sunday roast and the quality of the food was excellent. The side vegetable board to compliment the plated roasties and carrot was generous and the whole meal was well presented and very tasty. Starters and deserts were also top notch. Service was quick, efficient and non intrusive. Very easy to catch the eye of a waitress when needed. Hope to return in the not too distant future.

What a good restaurant! We visited tonight on the eve of my sons wedding. We were staying locally in Caerphilly. It had good reviews so we booked. What a great meal with goid service at a good price! Well worth a visit if your in the area! 👍

Cocktail time A table was booked in advance. On arrival we were welcomed warmly by the bar/duty manager who kindly escorted us to a lovely table in a quieter area in a very busy bar. He was very polite and relaxed giving us the menus and talked through the Christmas special cocktails. Cocktails were ordered and delivered to us at our table. We expected it to be busy due to the time of the year but really appreciated the personal touch to allow us to relax for our Christmas cocktails. Looking forward to returning and seeing what different and fun cocktails there will be this year. Thank you

Enjoyable eating experience We were a large family group of all ages including children. The dining area is bright and spacious. Decor and layout pleasing on the eye. Seating very comfortable. A small patio area nearby for those who wanted to stretch their legs. Waiting and bar staff keen & willing to please and knowledgeable about the menu. A good selection of draught beers on tap. The menu was varied but not confusing. Food didn’t take long to arrive and when it did our plates were full. Wonderfully tasty and filling food. My one concern is that this review will sound too good and then I will find it difficult to book next time, so I’ll just say it ticked all the boxes!

Stunning Sunday Lunch We have just been for Sunday Lunch. It was gorgeous the food was all hot and plentiful- in fact couldn’t eat it all. Veg was served on a platter to enjoy on the table and add as much or as little as you wanted. The atmosphere was friendly and still felt special without being pretentious.

Very nice quick drink. We popped in on Valentine’s Day for a quick drink with friends. There was a nice atmosphere in here and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked to have stayed a bit longer as I was enjoying myself, but unfortunately our friends wanted to move on. I would definitely go back and would like to try the food next time.

Best gem in Caerphilly We had a work “do”, dinner and drinks at TenDegrees, and the whole experience was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the staff were even better. They could not do enough for us. From the waiting staff to the bar staff, everyone was really helpful and friendly. We will certainly be returning again!

Wedding reception We had our wedding reception booked in the VIP areas. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, prior and during the day. Food was amazing and plenty of it. We were allowed in early to set up and go in early the next day to pick up our stuff. Thank you for your help and support

What a fantastic night! Went to the Beatles night. Service was excellent and the best meal I have had this month. Band was great. We will definitely be back and thank you for making our night special. Well done!!

Sunday lunch, 17.11.2024 My family had Sunday lunch, which was absolutely lovely, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the waitress was very attentative. I will definitely recommend ten degrees.

Outstanding again I must say mushroom pate and chicken satay absolutely spot on
Flat iron steak or butlers steak is one of the best cuts steaks in my eyes if it is cooked correctly and it was to perfection it a cut of steak well underrated and sometimes not heard of but give it a try you won’t be disappointed

By far the best bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to. Booked the bonkers bingo, we didn’t stop laughing from start to finish. The atmosphere was amazing, food was lovely and our glasses were never empty. Everyone was so friendly. One of the girls needed gluten free and she was catered for brilliantly and that’s usually hard to find when we’ve been to other venues she doesn’t have a lot of options, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, 5***** We will definitely be arranging another brunch soon xx

Last minute Sunday lunch booking Called to see if they had a table for 2 and a child. With only 20 mins notice they squeezed us in, high chair ready at the table, fantastic service and the food was awesome! Go there. You won’t be disappointed

Great food, but noisy! Fantastic Sunday lunch! Really enjoyed our food, food was high quality, veg was so fresh and tasty unfortunately we only had one bowl of cauliflower cheese between 6 people which wasn’t enough! Only other negative was the noise in the main restaurant, it really does hinder conversation which unfortunately stoped us staying for dessert. Highly recommend despite the noise.

We came for bonkers bingo/bottomless brunch yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. From Chris the dj/host right through to bar and kitchen staff it was fantastic. The atmosphere was electric, drinks were continuously topped up and food was lovely. Upon request they even catered for my daughter separately which meant she was also able to fully enjoy the day so thank you very much to the manager and the chef for that! Cannot wait to come back! Would defo recommend 5 ⭐️ from us!!

I organised a party for 35, with only a weeks notice. The pre-booking ordering service made ordering with several dietary needs stress free and all accurately accommodated for on the night. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Over the phone and in person on the night. Everyone from my youngest to oldest guest had a great evening, the atmosphere, food and service was excellent, even with a full restaurant. I will certainly book again and return for our next family function. Thank you! Dietary restrictions: The pre ordering system meant I could add all additional information for the kitchen and they made sure everyone’s needs were met on the night. Parking: The car park across the road is large and free after 6pm. Plenty of spaces.

Was looking for something special to do for Mum’s 70th and when I seen that there was a Bottomless Brunch this weekend, I thought it would be ideal. Mum, myself and friends had the best time celebrating together. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the food was absolutely stunning as always and the entertainment was just perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to celebrate in a different way as this was spot on. Big shout out to Alan and Janine who went above and beyond!

Rachel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best evening possible. From our first meeting, we felt at ease and knew our wedding party was in good hands. Rachel listened to what we wanted and pulled off an amazing party. Our guests commented on the venue, food and staff and really enjoyed theirselves. Rachel, Alun and the Ten Degrees staff worked hard to make sure the venue looked beautiful for the party and ensured the evening ran smoothly. I visited today with my Mum & Aunty. We were booked in for the afternoon tea & we were not disappointed. Everything was absolutely delicious. Served in a whicker hamper we were treated to a trio of fresh sandwiches, (my favourite was the roast beef.) bolognese arancini, homemade sausage rolls with a potato salad and colourful side salad. Then for the sweet stuff! Gorgeous homemade scones with jam & clotted cream, sumptuous dark chocolate brownies & a gorgeous Eton Mess served in a martini glass. It was all delightfully delicious. The service from Alan was impeccable. He truly is an asset to the restaurant. He made me 2 of the best Old Fashioned cocktails I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back!

We had the marquee yesterday for a surprise birthday meal for my mum. The service was fab! They couldn’t do enough for us. The food was lovely and I’m persuading hubby to take me there for a date night! Supporting a local business run by locals was definitely the best choice for this event. Thank you 10 degrees!

Celebrated my Husband’s 40th Birthday here with family and friends. We had the private marquee area for our delicious sit down meal then had own own access to the cosy VIP lounge for karaoke! An evening which was throughly enjoyed by all. The staff were so attentive and kind, especially Janine and Alun. The waitresses and bar staff were also very friendly and great, they really work so hard. A lovely, local venue for a special family and friends celebration. Thank you Ten Degrees! Xx

I was welcomed by a nice lady with a big smile, leading me to my table. She smelled really nice btw. The ambient and music were perfect. A few moments later they served me a free appetizer. How nice! I order burger with fried chicken and it was more then enough for my appetite. It was tasty. Would come again for sure!

A nice welcome into the restaurant Staff were very good at their job Food was faultless, 4 of us ate, and all agreed it was absolutely delicious Excellent menu with very interesting side dishes The only issue was that the music in the bar (at the front of the pub) was way too loud and overpowering, which spoilt the conversation at the table. Would definitely recommend & we will definitely return 👍

Absolutely incredible venue with brilliant staff! We recently had our wedding there and the staff were so helpful and accommodating! Especially Allan who helped organise every little detail, made sure there was extra food for us when we were off getting photos and put up with us moving the tables over and over again. The food is stunning too!

A nice cosy place to relax with good food and drink. Nice place for mature meetup and casual meetings. Also recommended for dates, eat out and occations. Also as a club like lounge with seranting lights. Place is open by 11am and kitchen by 12noon. Kitchen closes by 4pm fot break to reopen by 5.30pm. Place can be ised for mini luncheon. Black Tie Party Just hosted a Black Tie party at 10 Degrees for 100 people, I can’t recommend them more highly, the venue, the service, the food was superb.
There were guests from all over the UK and in unison they agreed how lucky we are to have such a venue in Caerphilly., just Top Class

Afternoon tea hen party 22 of us had afternoon tea followed by cocktails for a hen party. Service was brilliant, food quality was amazing and overall just a really fabulous afternoon. Thank you so much

They also catered for one of our party who had a cheese allergy. Nice selection of non alcoholic drinks as well as amazing cocktails. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. This venue is top for us for a return visit. Thank you everyone for a lovely day.

Lovely food, very busy so the service was a bit slow but worth the wait.

We went on a Sunday night which was quiet after the Sunday lunch time rush. That didn’t bother us though and the food was wonderful. We had a steak board – 3 kinds of steak beautifully cooked, arancini balls, tomatoes, mushrooms, tasty sauces and Parmesan fries. Also had 2 extra sides. All were delicious and the service was fantastic. Would recommend a visit it was lovely Parking: Can park easily and for free after 6 in the car park opposite, bit busier for lunch and you have to pay up till 6pm but there’s always the park and ride car park at the train station up the road which is free.

Went for Sunday evening unplanned meal and had the steak board – it was amazing and we really enjoyed. Steak cooked to perfection, plenty of sides and sauces for two but we ordered two extra ones because we couldn’t resist! Service was excellent and the setting was very comfortable. Will be back!

We had my daughters graduation here on Friday and it was lovely. We had a nice private area and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The service was excellent and the staff were fabulous. Would highly recommend. Lovely atmosphere and great music.

Quick snack Scotch eggs something really different and highly recommend cooked and made fresh yolks still soft spicy sausage meat stunning excellent service and served by the chef Dan who explained exactly how he made them all washed down with a pint of Aspall

My daughter’s school has just held their year 6 prom in the marquee at Ten Degrees. The venue was perfect for hosting a large party; food and drinks on offer were spot on for the group they were catering for and most importantly, all the kids had a fabulous time!

Food was lovely but my daughter did have what looked like a hair but staff said it was a fiber of the cloth ? ,and didn’t expect a service charge of £6.95

My sister and I ate here yesterday and we’re blown away by the service & our lunch. I have anaphylaxis to peanuts/tree nuts and was made to feel so safe there, like it was no trouble at all – which is really nice and reassuring. We both had focaccia sandwiches from the lunch menu which were much bigger than expected and absolutely delicious (highly recommend!). Each staff member we spoke to was so friendly it made for a really lovely experience and atmosphere. Will be back very soon!

I booked the ten degrees VIP room for my husbands 40th Birthday. staff were so helpful with the booking, room set up and buffet choices. The facilities are just excellent, the buffet was fantastic and staff even cleaned up afterwards so I could pick up decorations and the cake the following day. I cannot recommend the wonderful staff and venue enough. Thank you so much 🥰

I’m always a little disappointed with food when I eat out but this evening the food was amazing. Everything was well cooked and had lots of flavour. The best meal we’ve had in a long time. Service was great and quick! There was quite a bit of noise coming from the bar area but that is to be expected on a Saturday night, I would probably go back at a different time for a quiet meal.

I went there with my work colleagues for my 50th birthday. It was really nice there. The food arrived in good time. Staff were friendly. I would definitely go back there.

We had a baby shower here yesterday. The staff were friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. We had a buffet and the food was amazing also lots of it. I highly recommend booking here for private hire, and would definitely book again.

A birthday meal celebration 🎉. Staff helped with decoration and friendly. A table of 9 with baby. Drinks were prompt and starters followed. Time lapse to main course just right. Staff checking that we had drinks and water. All the food was tasty with nice portions. A lovely evening had by all.

Excellent food and great service

Came in for food after the journey home from London Landmarks half marathon. I had the tagliatelle with chicken – absolutely stunning. It was so fresh and perfectly seasoned and a nice big portion size. Washed down with a couple of pints of Guinness. Perfect end to the weekend. Highly recommended!

A joint 60th & 30th birthday for a Dad and his daughter. Fantastic staff, food and atmosphere. This was our 3rd visit and we can’t wait to go back… the Sunday lunch is awesome.

Very busy and noisy but food was lovely so put up with the noise.

Brilliant place and the best steak I think I’ve ever had in the UK – surpasses Miller & Carter, hands down. Lovely staff and atmosphere. They made a fuss of one of our party who was celebrating a birthday with a birthday greeting, cocktail and sparkler – just little things that made a big difference. An absolute gem of a place, would highly recommend. Parking: There’s a council car park opposite the Ten Degrees which is free after 6pm. If you can’t get in there, there’s plenty of parking on the road or at the train car park about 150 yards away (also free – at the time of writing – after 7pm).

Was a bit doubtful of eating here but it was great First time at 10° and if won’t be my last. I was a big doubtful of eating here as I had been told different reactions to the restaurant, glad to say I found it to be excellent. Food tasty and well cooked. Steak was perfection. If I had to pick a fault it would only be the length of time you wait from ordering to getting courses and a voucher will only be for 6 months. Classy decor and great food.

40th Birthday Celebration We came last Thursday with my family for my surprise 40th celebrations. Alan, Rachel and the team are so lovely and helpful, they go above and beyond to cater for everyone, even some fussy eaters of the group. We had the best evening and the food was out of this world. Tried out the new vegetarian choices on the menu this week My husband has been a vegetarian for 40 years the great thing about the new menu at 10 degrees is have first some choice of dishes but secondly the quality and exceptional standard of the dishes We shared 2 starters between us the cauliflower croquette – absolutely stunning everything you love about cauliflower cheese in every mouthful, crunchy on the outside but also with some amazing puree and pickled cauliflower that adds texture and flavours It was hard to choose a favourite but that was mine , my husband’s was the mushroom tart , such a fine crispy case , really rich mushroom mouse with different mushrooms and a delicate and lovely tang For our mains we had the tagliatelle with courgette , peas and pesto , absolutely delicious , beautifully presented , loads of flavour the pesto undertone tasted fresher than I had expected stunning ! The other main we ordered was the slow roasted celeriac, I’m not a big fan of celeriac so was a bit dubious on my first taste but OMG it was absolutely amazing! The depth of flavour in the mushroom broth was unbelievable ( I would have licked my plate clean if I was at home ) little touches of some slow roasted mushrooms and onions and some puree just added to the dish We also ordered the carrots and almonds side dish – now that was a side dish that was elevated beyond any side dish I have had , I could have eaten that as a main The almond paste the roasted carrots were on was delicious and I couldn’t get enough of it all the touches of the crispy carrot slithers just added to the look and the texture and taste of the whole dish To go with our meal we had cocktails and mocktails , wine The service was excellent great staff welcoming and friendly, lovely relaxing atmosphere Can’t wait to go again Vegetarian options: See full review of all the vegetarian options

Brilliant service and food at ten degrees. It was our first time here and definitely won’t be our last. Sunday roasts aren’t usually the best in restaurants but this was the best roast I’ve had in a restaurant!! The beef was cooked how it should be and there was plenty of food to go with it. Delicious! The service was brilliant and a great selection of cocktails. We will be back!

Lovely lunch in Caerffili! 6 of us enjoyed lunch and a catch up today. Food was excellent and service very pleasant and unhurried. 3 of us had the haddock, it was delicious and a nice, light batter. 1 had tagliatelle, 1 chargrilled chicken and 1 had two tapas dishes ( she had had a big breakfast elsewhere!). This is a great, independent restaurant in Caerphilly and serves consistently good food. If we were to suggest improvements then it would be to extend gluten free options on lunch menu. Lovely afternoon and we’ll be back. Diolch!

Brilliant Sunday Dinners First time visit with our grandchildren for Sunday dinner. The dinners were absolutely superb. Great portions. Excellent service too. Children’s menu was very good value too.

Exceptional service, food and location. Festive afternoon tea was superb especially as it came with additional savoury items, such as, pigs in blankets, gravy roast potatoes, stuffing and Yorkshire puddings. Sandwiches were light and so delicious on a focaccia bread, and the cakes were delicious. Also, get a cocktail while you are there, you’ll not be disappointed.

We attended an evening Bublé Tribute – a brilliant night. When we walked in it was packed with people, everyone sparkling, great decor. The food was delicious, service was excellent, all the staff looked really smart. The Buble act was very entertaining. A really enjoyable experience, will definitely return.

As a vegan I could have only one choice of starter, main and dessert but they were delicious. The service was excellent and the price was value for money. Vegetarian options: Selection wasn’t great but the food was lovely

Nice meal Was booked for a 70th birthday party we had won a voucher that said it had to be printed trouble was it was all black with white writing ☹️( printing nightmare ) phone restaurant to ask could we not just show the voucher on our phone was tilt by a lady no it has to be printed said it would us a lot of ink no it has to be printed again I said it would use a lot of ink. Was then asked if I had a booking said my wife had was asked her name and the lady then said it’s a booking for 8 and yes you could show the voucher on your phone. Saying it was a party of 8 booking spoilt a well planned birthday surprise Maybe a bit more staff training!

A stunningly elegant restaurant and cocktail bar situated right in the heart of Caerphilly Town. 10 Degrees stands head and shoulders above anything Caerphilly has to offer and is a truly unique experience. They have a huge selection of drinks, from craft cocktails made with meticulous care an extensive wine collection and of course your true and tested premium lagers and ciders you can expect to find at most restaurants. The dinning experience is where 10 Degrees truly shines. having confirmed our booking we were escorted to our seats and offered menus. The staff were quick to come to us to see if we would like to order drinks while we had time to examine the mouthwatering selection of food they had on offer. We choose to have some nibbles while we waited. The olives, sourdough bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and also the smoked Almonds and I have to say as simple as it all sounds it was really something special. I personally loved everything and didn’t leave much for the staff to take away. For starters I had the pan fried scallops with a parsnip pure and chorizo. The scallops where firm yet succulent and perfectly accompanied with the parsnip snd chorizo giving a lovely contrast between flavours. For the main event of the evening I went for the Brecon lamb rump. This was the standout. the beef was tender, flavourful and juciey just how lamb should be and served with celeriac and potato roasti, apricot gel, tenderstem brocoli and cumin jes. You can really tell that that alot of love and passion is put into everything that 10 Degrees offers you and you will be made to feel comfortable and respected by everyone. Great food & service but poor acoustics Excellent service, friendly staff & delicious food but we found that constant background music & the poor acoustics made social chatting quite difficult.

Reserved the VIP suite for my wedding meal this week. There was 22 of us and wow! Everyone single one of us were blown away. For starters, the venue is gorgeous! Then, the food! Every single course was flawless, delicious and I’m dying to come back for more already 😂 It’s affordable, but also feels luxurious and indulgent in the best way! Every member of staff was helpful and friendly and every little detail was perfect. Also thanks to the kitchen, the food was above and beyond! Every dish came out beautiful, hot and all timed amazingly. Just want to give a special shout out to Alan, who honestly made the meal that extra leap into magical. He greeted us with such enthusiasm and brought me instant comfort in a pretty overwhelming situation! He sorted a romantic play list for us, gave us sparklers in our dessert, set up the marquee area so we could have drinks after our meal, engaged with all the guests and children, honestly he was so kind and accommodating, I really appreciated him and hope he knows how appreciated his gestures were! Thanks again to all, you will definitely have a fair few returning customers! 🙂

Finally a quality restaurant in my home town! Sorry I have no pics, my wife and I were just loving the food too much to take any. I want to tell you about a restaurant in my home town. It’s always been good, but I have to say, the food has gone to another level and you need to get booked in and enjoy what we did tonight At Ten Degrees at Market Street! Very exciting menu. We were struggling to decide what we were going to have, it was so appealing. We settled for the Celeriac soup with coriander oil & onion Bhaji – boom of a dish. Short rib croquettes with marmite – yum, Mushroom tagliatelle (with chicken), full of flavour with succulent chicken and the short rib & mash. The short rib dish was so flipping good! Real quality. Compliments to the chef. We’ll be back soon to try the other things I wanted but was too full! This restaurant has really arrived for me. I’m chuffed it’s on my doorstep. Well done all involved!

The buffet and 2 course evening meal was excellent, everyone commented on how good the food was. Food came out quickly and all together which we were really happy with as a group of 31. Great food ! Visiting CAERPHILLY for the first time, it was good to have found Ten Degrees for supper. The satay, aubergine and lamb dishes were delicious, in a large new location wth great service. Congrats to the three founding brothers!

Awesome Food, wine and Service Another great meal at Ten Degrees. Our third time in total and another great seasonal menu to choose from.

I chose the pasta. Only choose the pasta if you’re really hungry. Great portion size and loads of mushrooms and chicken. It definitely beats the local Italians with both quantity and quality ingredients!

Husband ordered an amazing steak (again) and was delighted.

Held my afternoon wedding reception here, have to say the food was excellent and the location looked incredible. I think there could have been another member on bar staff during the day but otherwise everything was superbly done. The staff were very helpful, food came to the tables in a timely manner. All in all i would thoroughly recommend holding a function here.

I’ve been to ten degrees a few times now, its great for high quality food and drinks, or a night out.. they’ve struck a good balance of both under one roof. We always receive a lovely welcome and goodbye, the staff are always friendly and professional. We had lunch there today celebrating a special occasion and Charlotte was our waitress who was very attentive and accommodating. She really added to our experience and is the perfect personality for such a great venue. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she’s a great representative of the business. We also met one of the owners, his wife and their food-photographer who were also lovely to speak to, very accommodating and we were able to try some desserts being photographed for the website. Such a great experience there today..I can’t wait to go back to try their bottomless brunches and sunday lunch! We’ve been meaning to for ages! Can’t recommend this place enough! 👍

Attended a family wake recently, where the staff were wonderful & very attentive. They took care of everything and there was plenty of fabulous buffet food & unlimited tea, coffee, soft drinks and they were back and fore making sure everything was running smoothly throughout & that no-one needed anything, so thank you all so much, it was really appreciated. There is a bar area in the room, but we didn’t require this, as the main bar is very close to the room for those that needed it.

Enjoyed a great lunch with the family after visiting Caerphilly Castle. Tasty food, pleasant staff, good sized portions and they were very understanding of our son’s food allergies. Dietary restrictions: Very helpful and understood the issues.

Booked a table with extra room, due to bringing a baby in a pram. Table and space was perfect. Waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable and chatted with us prior to us ordering. Food was delicious and the dessert were amazing, especially as mine had a candle in it – celebrating my birthday. Overall a lovely evening out.

Ladies night out 1/9/23 Our whole time here was Fab🤩 love my pork belly and most of all was very impressed with their home made chilli oil. Taste so good and smoky😋 cocktails so good and mixologist (very young guy) mixed our drinks so good and will like to say lots of thanks and Olly was so kind and professional and we had sparklers in our drinks which was special. My husband and I booked our wedding reception here, we hired out the marquee and VIP room, and it definitely did not disappoint. After months of planning, Ten Degrees knocked it out of the park on the day, and it did not go unnoticed with our guests either. The venue is gorgeous to begin with, but when all dressed up for a wedding reception, it is simply stunning. The staff gave us full flexibility on food and drink choices and order of the day, as well as many other factors. We thought it, and they made it happen. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and team to make our wedding reception complete. All the staff worked so hard from first guests arriving until the last one left, checking everyone was having a good time, providing seamlessly great service. A special mention to Alan, who every guest said how hard he worked all day to make the day a success – thank you! It goes without saying how amazing the food was. Good quality and fresh ingredients to make an unforgettable wedding breakfast. We had the freedom and flexibility to create our own menu for the day which was just fantastic. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Ten Degrees for a smashing day!

Nice place staff really attentive but thought portions were small and after 3 courses still felt hungry. Lovely vib in the cocktail part of the premises.

Went for a private party. Whole place is lovely, the private party area is set up well and has its own bar. The food was tapas/small plates; really tasty, well presented and fairly quick to arrive. We had the sharer platter for 2; meats, cheese, houmous, bread and red peppers. Along with the 10 degrees chips (covered in a fantastic mustard/mayo sauce). Excellent choices and worth ordering. Downside was they couldn’t seem to cope with orders from the private party and the restaurant when it got busy – something that clearly needs to be considered in future. There was a pause on all food ordered from the private party side, which was unexpected. Great overall and would definitely go back to eat in the restaurant or attend a private function.

Went as a party of 20.. Staff were amazing, when they found out the birthday guy was blind. They made him an outstanding cocktail with lots of aroma so he could smell it.. So thoughtful. Food was lovely, although my ultra picky daughter did not eat her fish and chips as it did not look like fish and chips to her. Other members of the party had the fish and thought it was very tasty.. When your 14 its all about the looks lol… We had young children with us too and they were catered for and felt comfortable.. The place was clean and well spaced out.. Music was a little loud but overall I would definitely recommend and return to 10 degrees.. Thank you all for making this a memorable and special occasion.

Absolutely delighted with this restaurant. Alan took care of us tonight with a friendly disposition and a confidence about the menu that encouraged us to order more. The guy at the bar who seated us was also friendly and polite. Food was a culinary delight. Would highly recommend the Salmon Rillette and the fried Gnocchi with charred greens . Wine list is pitched perfectly to the foods. Very reasonable for excellent food.

Afternoon tea is one of my favourite things to do for special occasions and have been to a number of places in and around South Wales over the years. Today I was treated to the signature summer picnic afternoon tea by good friends and I can honestly say it’s one of the best I’ve tried. The range of food on offer was great – a good balance of savouries (sausage rolls, croquettes, sandwiches (something for veggies and meaties) and cakes (eton mess, brownies and scones with cream and jam); generous portions, service was excellent (thank you Alan!😊), atmosphere just right and it was nice to see babies (there was an adorable 5 month old in our party) and children dining there – which says a lot about how family friendly it felt. I have already looked at the Sunday lunch menu and plan to return very very soon!
